Metainy Maintenance Limited was formed in 1990 to undertake the maintenance of air conditioning, heating and all mechanical and electrical equipment.
Since 1990 we have continued to grow and whilst undertaking maintenance contracts have recognised that more and more customers are looking for a total maintenance package. To this end we now actively pursue Facilities Management Contracts and have been asked by many of our existing customers to provide this service to them.
Our current client base includes shopping centres, hospitals, large retail chains, educational establishments, offices, housing associations and pharmaceutical companies.
All of our engineers are highly qualified, reliable and multi skilled undertaking continuous training and assessment in line with current regulations. Metainy Maintenance Limited are registered with Gas Safe, Refcom, Oftec, Safe Contractor Scheme, British Health and Safety Council and Construction Skills.
Our engineers are located throughout the UK allowing us to provide nationwide coverage. We operate a 24 hour, 365 days a year help desk which is accessible to all of our customers.
